We collect your name, email address, mobile number and the payment identifiers linked to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions. We also log device identifiers and session data needed to secure your account and detect unusual activity.

Payment references are used solely to process deposits, verify withdrawals and resolve transaction disputes. We do not share UPI or PhonePe identifiers with advertisers or any party outside the payment processing chain.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via email, live chat or your in-account Help Centre. We will delete your data from live systems once any legally required retention period has passed, and confirm the deletion to you in writing.
